the best way to install it is to use TuneUp Utilities google it and download it

How to install it
I got SP2 & I put the file into \WINDOWS\resources\themes.

Wont appear on properties or when click the theme file.

How do you guys install it? I have already locate the file into \WINDOWS\resources\themes, but it does not appear when I want to change the appearance after right click –> properties; at desktop. Help me please.
